Interesting article.

Recently we have started implementing a process that involves a lot more work at the very start of our web projects. This work involves spending a lot more time on wire-frames, prototypes, system requirements and client communication to make sure that all the aspects of the project are fully covered therefore leading to a much smoother project with less issues. We also set tasks to contact the client every week to make sure it always gets done even if there is not much to tell the client.

These have lead to a lot less issues and a much more enjoyable experience for both the client and us.
